Mr. Vaibhav Goel is currently responsible for the Human Capital strategies spearheading the business objectives of growth and synergy in both the Indian and US operations. He is also part of the CS leadership team and strategy team. Before being appointed as CPO, Vaibhav was Head-HR from May 2007 till April 2008 for the domestic arm Caretel Infotech Ltd. and Indian operations of Colwell & Salmon. In this capacity, he was responsible for spearheading the HR function fuelling the growth of the Company from a 1000 headcount to 3000 plus in six months time frame and reigning the attrition within the industry best figures. He also was instrumental in re-building the team from scratch and revamping the Company Policies and systems. Vaibhav has also played a key role in crucial times of Corporate Management changes.
Prior to assuming Head level responsibilities in a short span of 4 years of experience, Vaibhav hailed from an engineering and manufacturing background. He has handled responsibilities at Corporate level with Hindustan Zinc Limited, Sterlite Group in the area of Project HR (end to end staffing solution for new Zinc plant, 1000 plus people), Performance Management Systems (Process design and implementation of Appraisal and KRA Management online), HR Scorecard (part of Balance Scorecard Strategy) and Strategic HR (Driving of Company philosophies through policies and systems).
He is currently the member of HR Committee of Business Process Association of India (BPIAI), the CII arm representing ITeS industry.
Mr. Vaibhav Goel is an Engineer with First Class Hons. from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and Post Graduate in HR from IIT Kharagpur.
